Kiplyn Davis was last seen on May 2, 1995, at her high school in Spanish Fork, Utah. She is known to have attended morning classes and was seen at lunchtime while eating with friends. However, Davis did not show up for her fourth and fifth period classes. All of her personal belongings and books were found in her school locker.

The following armed bank robber has robbed two banks in the metro area, one in Arvada, and one in Thornton. We are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying him.

On July 2, 2008, at approximately 11:22 in the morning, he entered the Compass Bank located at 7375 Ralston Road, Arvada, Colorado. He walked into the bank and pointed a gun at an elderly female and ordered her and everyone to the ground. He then went to the victim teller and robbed her of her cash. He was last seen leaving the area on foot.

On Friday, July 25, 2008, a white male robbed the Bank of the West at 10393 North Huron Street, Northglenn, Colorado, at approximately 11:40 in the morning. The robber entered the bank and stole money from a teller. The robber fled in an older model green SUV.

DENVER – Tobias Archuleta, born in 1985, of Jefferson County, was charged by Criminal Complaint late yesterday with armed bank robbery, United States Attorney Troy Eid and FBI Special Agent in Charge James Davis announced today. Archuleta is scheduled to make his initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Denver at 1:30 pm this afternoon, where he will be advised of the charges pending against him.

DENVER – A jury in U.S. District Court in Denver late Wednesday, July 16, 2008, found Arvin Weiss, age 58, of Englewood, Colorado, guilty of mortgage fraud and witness tampering, U.S. Attorney Troy Eid announced. The guilty verdict came after a 13-day trial before Senior U.S. District Court Judge Lewis T. Babcock, where the jury deliberated for one day. Weiss is free on bond. A status conference is scheduled for October 22, 2008, at which time Judge Babcock will set a sentencing date. Weiss was found guilty of 16 counts, including 8 counts of mail fraud, 5 counts of wire fraud, and 3 counts of witness tampering. Other counts had been dismissed earlier in the case.
27 members and associates of Denver “Asian Pride” street gang indicted

DENVER – A federal grand jury in Denver returned a 109 count indictment charging 27 members and associates of a Metro Denver street gang with conspiracy, possession with intent to distribute and distribution of Ecstasy (MDMA – 2, 4-methylenedioxy methamphetamine) the Department of Justice and the Denver Metro Gang Task Force announced yesterday.
